Ingredients
- 1 pound asparagus
- Nonstick cooking spray (Avocado oil works wonderful here)
- ¼ cup Guided By Mushrooms Garlic Reaper Umami Spice Blend
- salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the raised grate over the parchment paper
- Cut the rough ends off the asparagus and place on the grate
- Generously spray nonstick cooking spray on top of asparagus
- Sprinkle Guided By Mushrooms Garlic Reaper Umami Spice Blend in an even layer on top of asparagus
- Season with salt and pepper, to taste
- Spray a final layer of nonstick cooking spray over the coated asparagus
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until topping is golden brown and asparagus can be easily pierced with a fork
- Remove from oven and let set before removing from the grate – about 3-4 minutes
- Serve as a side or with a garlic aioli dipping sauce
