Lion’s Mane Mushroom Honey

We have created a simple, unique and delicious condiment by combining our beautiful lion’s mane mushrooms with some of southwest Ohio’s best honey. Guided By Mushrooms’ Lion’s Mane Honey is reminiscent of dried figs, dates, or raisins mixed in honey.

GBM’s Lion’s Mane Honey is delicious on its own as a spread on toast and baked goods, or try it over a sharp aged cheddar, a creamy blue, or a French triple cream cheese on bread or crackers. It will take your homemade salad dressings and grilling sauces to the next level.
