Recipe produces four servings.
INGREDIENTS
2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
2 1/2 Tablespoons chopped onion
1 Clove of Garlic, minced
1 cup of diced Lion’s Mane Mushrooms
1 Tablespoon of all-purpose flour
1 Teaspoon of Audrissa Umami Spice Blend
1 Teaspoon of Lion’s Mane Mushroom Powder
1 Cup of Milk
Salt and Pepper to Taste
PREPARATION
Heat one tablespoon of vegetable oil on medium heat. Add the onions and garlic and cook until softened, which will be about 2 minutes. Then stir in the lion’s mane mushrooms and cook them until they are browned, approximately 5 minutes.
Add another tablespoon of vegetable oil and the flour, Audrissa Umami Spice Blend and the lion’s mane powder. Turn the heat to low, and mix well and heat until the powders have browned on the mushrooms. While stirring, pour in the milk, and heat until it thickens, which should be about 4 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve immediately.
